Shopping with us

www.tabletennisgear.co.nz gives customers a convenient, quick, easy, and secure way to shop. Products displayed on this site can be purchased using the payment methods shown at checkout.

You may be asked to register as a member of Table Tennis Gear. As well as benefits such as receiving emails with special deals, registering saves your shipping details so you do not have to re-enter them each time you check out. If you do not wish to be contacted with marketing, simply leave the newsletter option unchecked, or unsubscribe at any time.

Pricing and product information

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether you wish to continue.

Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, a backorder, or a refund.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where there has been a pricing or stock error.
